Telephone Answering
In October 2007 we went digital and we doubled the number of telephone lines into the surgery. This was in response to our patients’ comments that the surgery number was often engaged. Going digital means that we can monitor and report on our performance in answering your calls, click on the links to see the reports by month from April 2007.

Opening times
The Globe Town Surgery site is open from 8.45am to 1pm and 2pm to 6.30 pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. On Thursdays we close at 1pm.

Telephone lines
The telephone lines are open from 8.45am to 1pm and 2pm to 6.30 pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and to 1pm on Thursdays.

Surgery hours
Monday 9.00- 12noon & 3- 6.00pm
Tuesday 9.00- 12noon & 3- 6.00pm
Wednesday 10.00- 12noon & 3- 6.00pm
Thursday 9.00- 12noon CLOSED PM
Friday 9.00- 12noon & 3- 6.00pm

Out of hours
After 6.30pm each evening until 8am the following day and from 6.30pm on Fridays until 8am Monday morning cover is provided by our Out-Of-Hours service on 020 7377 7151.

Blood tests
Blood test and other results are available by telephone only after 2.30pm.
